Alexandru Popescu

Alexandru has over 20 years of experience in commercial law, financial law and local public administration law. Within the company, he carries out public procurement procedures for contracting authorities, for attracting financing through bonds, bank loans or leasing, as well as for infrastructure or local development works. He advises on the negotiation of funding contracts, by direct involvement in projects concerning the development of local public administration authorities, offering solutions for their reform.

Since 2009 he is a legal and procurement expert in projects financed by structural funds, among the areas of expertise are the Operational Programs for human resources, economic competitiveness, sustainable development, environment. He has a degree in legal sciences, specializing in international law and attended post-graduate courses in public law and administrative sciences at the University of Bucharest.
