Valentin Adrian Miron

Valentin has more than 30 years of experience in business, public administration and local public finance, municipal bonds, local development and tourism.He has specialized in municipal bond issuance in the United States, working in the finance departments of the municipalities of Rochester, NY and Baton Rouge, LA.
Since 1999, he has co-founded VMB Partners SA, serving as General Manager and member of the Board of Directors since 2003, and as Chairman of the Board since 2006.
He previously worked in the Romanian Government as Director of the Program Implementation Directorate of the Ministry of Public Administration, was a member of the first Board of Directors of the National Housing Agency, Director of the National Training Center for Local Public Administration and Deputy Coordinator of the PHARE RO- 9707 Program for the Development of Local Public Administration in Romania
He holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and a diploma of advanced studies in management.Since 2007is a founding member and vice-president of FNTM – National Foundation of Young Managers.
