Gabriela Călușeru
Local Public Finance Senior Expert
Gabriela has a degree in economics and over 20 years of experience in local public finance. She has worked in the Ministry of Finance and was part of the teams of specialists who drafted legislation in the field of local public finance and other decentralization laws.
Over the years, Gabriela has been working as a consultant in projects funded by the World Bank, USAID, UNDP, European Union. SShe has international experience, working as a consultant in the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine, in projects funded by Soros Open Society Foundation Budapest and UNDP.
Consulting activities focused on areas such as economic and financial analysis in the public sector, review and preparation of the necessary documentation for obtaining a credit rating or training programs for representatives of local public authorities.
