Monica has a law degree, and during her academic work she studied administrative law, commercial law and public finance law.
She contributes within the company to the elaboration of public procurement procedures for contracting authorities and participates in the development of consultancy projects for structuring and attracting repayable financing by local public authorities through bank loan, municipal bonds or loans from international financial institutions, drafts the legal documents necessary for the approval and contracting of financing and assists in the verification of compliance and signing of financing contracts.
She has carried out activities for the assistance and implementation of projects financed by non-reimbursable funds made available by the European Union, accumulating more than 4 years of experience.
